In Fair Condition: cover heavily soiled; ends of spine frayed; edges rubbed; front joint weak and separated for 6 cm. from head of spine; old dampstaining along edges of first few leaves, most prominent on frontispiece; front free endpaper, half title, and frontispiece are detached but present, with chipping to fore-edges; 1-3-cm. section lacking from fore-edge of frontispiece and title page, without loss of text or illustration; hinges are separated; scattered internal soiling.
