Banner on center vehicle reads "Hardly Able Hook & Ladder We Save the Cellar"; the last word or words are blocked from sight. A comic float; the people on the vehicle are wearing masks. There are electric wires running overhead to a pole with an early incandescent street light. In Very Good Condition: slightly rubbed and soiled. Very Good. Item #001162
