Edward Goldston also published, by the same author, Centaur in 1937 and Thy Shafts Fly in 1938. In Daughters of Bondage, the author presents the life starting in 1912 of Essie, a young Jewish girl, granddaughter of Meyer Brinbaum, a Polish immigrant to London. Very scarce. In Good- Condition: cover is soiled; front board is stained; spine is sunned; ends of spine just starting to fray; hinges starting to separate from tail; pages are clean and tight. Good -.
