[2], viii, 760, [2], viii, 818 p.; 25 cm. Original calf with git-tooled red and black spine labels. Double blind-ruled border on each board and blind-rolled pattern on board edges. Label on front fixed endpaper for Banks & Brothers Law Booksellers, Publishers & Importers, NY. Label at head of spine is for Law Library, District Court, Second Judicial District; the same is stamped on both boards, lower page edges, endpapers, and every page through the first page of text; also a stamp for the Denver Bar Association Library on the front free endpaper. Old repair with dark brown library repair cloth on spine and along joints, not covering the three leather spine labels. In Good Condition: front board is largely separated along joint; leather is scraped at ends of spine and along edges of both boards; small loss from label at head of spine; some slight browning of first leaves; otherwise clean and tight.
