Edinburgh: W. & A.K. Johnston, 1895. Map. 66 x 53 cm. folded map, backed with linen, of the area running from Forfar to Coldstream, and from Berwick to Kirkcaldy. Dark blue cloth with front cover printed in black. The identification as Sheet 7 is printed in white on a grey pastedown within a printed frame. Inside front cover is the index map showing the area covered by all 16 of the "Three Miles to Inch" Map of Scotland. Publisher's advertisement on sheet facing inside of front cover, with publisher's addresses: Edina Works, Easter Road, and 7 Hanover St., Edinburgh; 5 White Hart St., Warwick Lane, London. No date of publication; this map was advertised and reviewed in magazines published in 1895, which is consistent with the inclusion of 7 Hanover St. in the imprint. Printed in color, the map indicates county boundaries, steamer routes, low watermarks, railways, main roads, and footpaths.
