Contemporary tree calf with six spine compartments between gilt rules; leather label in second compartment with gilt-tooled title: The Assembly's Digest. Two paper labels on lower spine, one with handwritten letters, and other with printed number. Former owner's inscription at head of title page: "D. McConaughy's." In Good- Condition: leather is rubbed; spine is heavily sunned; loss of leather at ends of spine; loss along one side of leather spine label with loss of one letter in title; both joints are cracked, but boards are attached; some page corner creasing; occasional light foxing; otherwise, clean and solid.
