James Todd Baldwin (1904-1961) was born in Philadelphia, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and became an architect. He designed the Library of Congress Annex in the 1930s and later worked for Amstrong Cork Co. In Very Good Condition: slightly cocked; boards are lightly rubbed; small stain on front endpapers; otherwise, clean and bright. Very Good. Item #004675
