Jean Baptiste Guth (1855-1922) was a French illustrator who signed his Vanity Fair caricatures "GUTH." Jean Paul Pierre Casimir-Perier (1847-1907) was elected the 6th President of the French Third Republic in 1894, following the assissination of president Carnot.
