Translation of Kloster Wendhusen by Emilie Wilhelmine Bertha Behrens (1848-1912), German novelist who used the pen name Wilhelmine Heimburg. Small label on back fixed endpaper: Hochschild, Kohn & Co. Gift inscription on front free endpaper: "Eunice Ingham from Katharine Smyth." Possibly Eunice D. Ingham (1889-1974) who played a leading role in the establishment of the field of reflexology. In Good Condition: cover is rubbed, heavily in some places; back hinge is weak; light soiling on a few pages. Good. Item #005315
