Originally issued as supplements to The New Statesman, Jan. 16-July 17, 1926. Sir David Alexander Cecil Low (1891-1963) was born in New Zealand, but spent most of his career in London. He was famous for his political cartoons, in particular those featuring Colonel Blimp.
