Disbound from a collection of pamphlets owned by French homeopath Dr. Charles Ravel (1822-1887). The author, Étienne Pariset (1770-1847), was a French physician who founded the Société Protectrice des Animaux and was a doctor at the Salpêtrière Hospital, where he was the physician for the insane. Théodoric Nilamond Lerminier (1770-1836) was a physician at Hôtel-Dieu in Paris and La Charité.
