Full calf with gilt-stamped cover title "trip Abroad" and below the title: "G J*P." Metal protection over corners of front cover. Original pencil in holder attached to back cover. All page edges gilt. Most unpaginated pages are ruled. The first 39 pages contain useful information about travelling by ship or plane. Small label on back fixed endpaper: "Geniune Leather 24 kt. gold tooled H & M Leather Products New York, N.Y." No date of publication. The maps suggest that it was published around 1930. This travel journal was never used. In Very Good Condition: ends of spine rubbed with minor loss at head of spine; edges lightly rubbed; clean and tight. Very Good. Item #006382
