Robert Heller (1899-1973) was a management engineer and efficiency expert. As president of Robert Heller & Associates he oversaw reorganization projects for U.S. Steel Corp. in the 1930s, as well as for Ford Motor Co., E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, the Pennsylvania Railroad, CBS, Congress, and the Pentagon.
