"A Schedule or Abstract of Severall Deeds and Writings Concerning the Title to Hooke House Hungar and Ease ct. in Hawkhurst in Kent mentioned and referred to in and by a Covenant in the Deed hereunto annexed." Describes 9 deeds from 1635 to 1732, involving John Springett (the elder and the younger); Thomas Sands and his wife, Anne, daughter of John Springett; Clement Read; Thomas Cayle; John Hooper; Richard Rabson; Richard Couthman; and Joseph Hubbard. One engraved revenue stamp on exterior with "G" and "R" on either side of a crown and "30" in the upper right-hand corner. In Good Condition: loss along several folds (minor except for one instance with partial loss of several words); loss along lower edge without impact on text; exterior is soiled; text is clean. Good.
