Small stamp at upper edge of first page indicating that the blank document had been sold by John C. Clark & Sons, 230 Dock St., Philadelphia. By this agreement, made 29 July 1881, the Sea Shore Land Company conveyed to the Philadelphia and Long Branch Railway Company a 66-foot wide right-of-way on Manasquan Beach in Brick Township, Ocean Co., N.J. The Railway Co. agrees to build three station houses for the use of local passenger trains along Manasquan Beach and maiantain the land along the tracks. With the embossed seals of both companies and signatures of G. M. Dorrance, President of the Philadelphia and Long Branch Railway Co., and others.
