Saint Andrew Saint John of Somerly in Southampton Co., John Burton of Jacobstow in Devon Co., esq., and Ambrose Hall of London, administrators and assigns, the property known as Hayton in Sampford Spiney, Devon Co. With an ebossed grey-and-gilt one shilling stamp affixed to one side and an engraved stamp on the reverse; and the signature of Christopher Gullett at the lower edge with a red seal.
