1905. Hardcover. In July 1905, Horace Paul Dormon (1874-1962), the secretary of the Brown University Class of 1896, transcribed the minutes of the class from the original book, which had "gone to pieces." The trancribed minutes occupy the first 43 pages out of 300 pages, the remainder of which are blank. The minutes begin on Oct. 5, 1895, with petitions to abolish commencement and senior examinations (unsuccessful). The minutes include the reunions in June 1899 and June 1901. Horace Paul Dormon became a lawyer in Philadelphia. In Very Good Condition: lacking leather over spine and at corners; clean and tight. Very Good. Item #007289
