1890 Account of David S. Stover and Christian S. Stover, trustees of Hannah Harley under the Will of Jacob K. Stover
1890. 1 handwritten document. Elijah Stover (1827-1878) and David S. Stover (1836-1916), executors of the will of their father, Jacob K. Stover (1800-1875), late of Towamensing Township, Montgomery County, Pa., present an account of the funds they handled as the trustees of their sister Hannah Stover Harley (1829-1900). From 1876 to 1883, she received $75 a year, and from 1884 to 1889 $150 a year, and $300 in 1890, at which time her legacy amounted to $3,317. This account was certified in 1891 and signed by attorney E. L. Slough and Montgomery County Register of Wills Albert Helffenstein (1840-1910), with the embossed stamp of the office. Signed on the back by Harry W. Akins (1866-1934), deputy clerk of the Montgomery County Orphans Court. In Near Fine Condition: two ink smudges; otherwise, clean and solid. Near Fine. Item #008204
