On 6 April 1813, Thomas Charles of Grantham in Lincoln County, joiner, sold to Thomas Manners of Grantham, gentleman, six brick and tiled cottages and land, with the use of the privy, in Grantham in the County of Lincoln for 208 pounds. With seals and signed by Thomas Charles, Thomas Manners, William Cooper, and Edward Wood. Also signed by witnesses Sarah Hudson, Charles Hare, and George T. Wills.
