Hall based on Bayard Taylor's book at the Longwood Open Air Theatre at Longwood Gardens on June 22, 23, and 24, 1933. This was the first of several times the play has been presented at Longwood Gardens. The ticket is from the June 22nd performance. Music before the performance was by Chris Sanderson's Pocopson Valley Boys; during the performance by Lloyd Shorter's Orchestra. The fox was loaned by Joe Donahue, whose name is marked in pencil on the program, suggesting that the program and ticket were used by him or someone who knew him.
