Alonzo Englebert Taylor (1871-1949) was an American doctor and a staff member of the United States War Trade Board from 1917 to 1919. He visited the Ruhleben internment camp to examine the food available to the men, mainly British citizens being held there. He made recommendations for changes in the food provided by both the Germans and the British to improve the prisoners' diets. In Very Good Condition: exterior lightly soiled; staples are rusting; two horizontal folds; otherwise, clean and solid. Very Good. Item #008631
