The French, British, and Russian governments express their unhappiness with Greece's failure to remain completely neutral. They insist that the Greek army be complete demobilized and members of the Greek government be replaced with others who will remain neutral during the war. Alexandros Zaimis (1855-1936), prime minister from June 22 to Sept. 16, 1916, agreed with the terms. In Good Condition: "ABI" in ink at upper edge of front cover; front is soiled; closed 1-cm. tear from lower edge throughout; light creasing. Good. Item #008638
