With the remains of the original dust jacket, which has publisher's advertisements on the back section with the address 701-733 South Dearborn St., Chicago. The publisher was at that address from around 1915 to around 1925. Donohue issued this title with three or more cover illustrations. This is the least common and the most modern, showing a '20s bob hairstyle.
