Titus and Sarah, his wife, of Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, Pa., sold to Joseph T. Long of the same place for $50 a tract in Loyalsock Township (#5 on the plan by Joseph S. Titus). Signed by Joseph S. Titus, Sarah Titus, Justice of the Peace Daniel Repass, and Lycoming County Recorder of Deeds Jno. F. Stevenson, with his embossed stamp. Daniel Repass (1813-1891) was also the leader of the Rapasz Band; his sons Milton Repass (1840-1888) and George Repass (1836-1898) served with the 8th Pennsylvania Cavalry during the Civil War.
