Inside of back wrapper printed in black: "In honor of 'John Marshall Day' this Eulogy was done into print and issued with the compliments of Callaghan & Company Chicago Nineteen Hundred." On final 2 unpaginated pages includes Address of the National Committee of the American Bar Association on "John Marshall Day." Callaghan & Co. were a Chicago-based publisher of legal books. Oval stamp on front wrapper of New Hampshire State Library with no other marks of library processing. John Marshall (1755-1835) served as chief justice of the United States from 1801 until his death and was one of the most influential justices to sit on the Supreme Court. Horace Binney (1780-1875) was a lawyer and represented Pennsylvania in the U. S. House of Representatives from 1833 to 1835. In Very Good- Condition: wrapper is lightly soiled; wrapper edges are chipped; pages are clean and tight.
