Garden City: Doubleday, Page & Co., 1917. 10 parts in 2 portfolios: illustrations, portraits; 32 cm. Brown cloth spine with printed paper spine label; brown paper over boards, printed in black. With original wrapper for each of 10 parts. Each portfolio contains 100 plates, with text, issued in fascicles of 20 plates each. Each portfolio lists the contents on the back board.
