Buffalo, NY: Larkin Co., 1920. 1 order form (27 x 80 cm.), folded. Dated Feb. 2, 1920. A large order form from the height of the Larkin Co.'s Factory-to-Family system. The beautiful and functional new administration building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright had been completed in 1904 and branches of the company had been opened in a number of cities across the country. Following the death of the founder, John D. Larkin, Sr., in 1926 his son John D. Larkin, Jr., oversaw the demise of the once thriving business, symbolized by the demolition of the administration building in 1950.
