Contains melody with keyboard accompaniment. Image of American flag with title. Later known by the first line "Columbia, Gem of the Ocean." Cited as the arranger here, Thomas A'Becket, Sr., of Philadelphia later claimed to have written the song for David T. Shaw. The first edition of the song used as an unofficial national anthem of the United States for many years.
