Humbert Howard (1905 or 1915-1990) was a Philadelphia artist who worked for the Works Progress Administration in the 1930s; was the exhibition director of the Pyramid Club, an Abrican-American social club in Philadelphia, from 1940 to 1958; and studied at the Barnes Foundation from 1959 to 1961.
