No date of publication. Very scarce. In Good Condition: title page is browned, lightly soiled, and detached with minor loss along edges; small archival repair on p. 2 lower corner; old repair along upper gutter on p. 2; closed cut near upper gutter on several subsequent leaves; corners are creased; small stain at lower edge of pages 31-74; otherwise, clean and solid.
