It consists of the Diary of Events, which lists military and related events from Oct. 10, 1862, through April 17, 1863; reports from May 1863 about the siege of Vicksburgh; the conclusion of the section titled Poetry, Rumors and Incidents, which consists of poetry and short items of interest; the index to volume 6; and a volume 6 title page, table of contents, and section title pages.
