Comus by John Milton was published by Bunney and Gold in 1799; the other three plays by John Bell as part of his British Library series in 1791 and 1793. Former owner's armorial bookplate on front free endpaper: "Rogers" with motto "Nos Nostraque Deo." Small oval label on front fixed endpaper with handwritten number: 259.
