Back fixed endpaper bears another withdrawn stamp and discoloration from former presence of book pocket. "Gift of Mrs. L. H. Bailey" written at upper edge of title page. Pencil notation in gutter of p. iii indicates that Mrs. L. H. Bailey donated the volume in 1965. Contains many drawings of architectural design elements and furniture. A scarce 19th-century German design publication.
